
On behalf of Sussex Modern, I produced Readying Businesses for Growth, a full-day training and workshop designed to support local hospitality and visitor economy businesses.
The session focused on audience segmentation, digital marketing, and brand development, helping businesses attract high-value tourism and grow sustainably. Attendees included wine estates, hospitality businesses, cultural organisations, and transport providers, all looking to strengthen their brands and reach the right audiences.
The training was delivered by Trapeze Media and ETTO, with the stunning Lewes Depot as our venue. It was a day of insight, collaboration, and practical strategies to help Sussex businesses thrive.
